Shari has an incredible gift for listening and asking the kind of questions which empower people to gain clarity and unlock inner courage.
Her passion is helping others discern and live out their unique life purpose by walking them through a process of discovering who they truly are and what brings fulfillment in their life. She believes that living with purpose enables a person to accomplish more in life while making work feel less like work.
Shari enjoys living with purpose by coaching others and is energized whenever she helps people discover their purpose, their greatness, and their potential. Nothing brings her greater joy than to see people believing in themselves and pursuing their greatest potential.
Shari received a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 1988 and was employed in numerous and varied social work capacities but felt little fulfillment as she became aware that most people were receiving only temporary “fixes” that did little to affect real change.
Shari hoped she would find greater fulfillment in co-pastoring a church in Maryland with her husband, but after serving as a pastor for ten years she again discovered that this did not bring her the fulfillment and purpose she longed for.
It was while working with her own personal coach and then pursuing coach training that Shari realized her purpose and potential in the coaching profession.
In 2009 Shari began coaching, and while she still loves 1:1 life coaching she also enjoys business coaching, coaching teams, teaching coaching principals, and training other coaches in the area of purpose and potential.
Now Shari believes she has the greatest “job” in the world!
